Hello, good day and thanks for your question. To add to the above, when did you purchased Office 2024 and do you meant that you have purchased it using the wrong account or you have activated it on a wrong account?

Changing the Microsoft account associated with an Office 2024 purchase is not supported; the license is permanently tied to the account used when the product key was redeemed.

To use Office 2024 with the correct account on a device, do the following:

1. Uninstall the current Office from the device:
   • In Windows, go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps and uninstall any existing Microsoft 365/Office installations.
   • Restart the PC.
2. Sign in with the Microsoft account that actually owns the Office 2024 license:
   • Go to the Microsoft dashboard at https://account.microsoft.com.
   • Select Services or go directly to https://account.microsoft.com/services.
   • Confirm that Microsoft Office Home and Business 2024 or the correct Office 2024 product appears under Products you've purchased.
3. Reinstall Office 2024 from the owning account:
   • From the same Services & subscriptions page, select the Office 2024 product and choose Install to download the installer.
   • Run the installer and complete setup.
4. Activate Office with the correct account:
   • Open a client app such as Word.
   • If prompted, sign in with the Microsoft account that shows the Office 2024 license.
   • Under File > Account, verify that the product information shows the correct Office 2024 edition (for example, "Microsoft Office Home and Business 2024").

If the product key was redeemed on the wrong Microsoft account and that account is different from the one intended, the only way to install or reinstall is by signing in with that same account at https://account.microsoft.com/services or https://setup.office.com, because the license cannot be moved between Microsoft accounts.
