I recently changed my yahoo email account and it will not sync with my Outlook. I need step by step help on removing and then re-adding my account to see if that fixes the problem.
The instructions did not work. Could the reason be that I have an Office 365 subscription which includes Outlook?

You are welcome. Hopefully it works. I've been seeing mixed results from others trying this workaround. If it doesn't work, I am afraid we will have to wait for Microsoft to come up with the full fix.
