I am an accountant of the company. My boss asked me to pay the invoice, and I can't access. I need to make the payment, but it's so difficult to just get an invoice.

    Hi @Page Limsumang,

Thank you for reaching out. It sounds like you’re trying to access an invoice for payment, but the system is not allowing you to open it. Since this is urgent for completing your company’s payment process, this situation can certainly be difficult

In this situation, the remaining steps must be completed by your IT administrator. Please contact your IT admin, or request that they grant you the necessary permissions to access the admin center and proceed with the actions below:

Note: Only users with Billing Administrator permissions in the Microsoft 365 admin center can view or download invoices.

A/ If the subscription is billed directly by Microsoft (Microsoft 365 subscription)

    1. Sign in to admin.microsoft.com using an admin account.
    2. Go to Billing > Bills & payments > Invoices.
    3. Select the invoice, then choose Download > Download invoice (PDF) if needed.
    4. Open the invoice. If it is due or past due, the option Pay now (or Pay your balance) will appear.
    5. Select an existing payment method or add a new credit/debit card, then submit the payment.

For more detailed instructions, refer to: Manage Microsoft 365 payment information and billing for your business.

Optional: In the same billing area, the IT admin can enable invoice email attachments so that future invoices are delivered automatically to the Finance team.

B/ If the subscription is purchased through a reseller or Cloud Solution Provider (CSP)

In this purchasing model, the partner (CSP) is billed by Microsoft, and they issue the invoice to you. The invoice will not appear in your organization's Microsoft 365 or Azure billing pages.

Your IT admin will need to contact the CSP/reseller to obtain the invoice. The partner can download it through Partner Center > Billing.

I hope this information helps. Please try the steps and let me know whether they resolve the issue. If the problem persists, we can work together to find a solution.
