How do I renew my Microsoft 365 subscription?

I received an email that my subscription is scheduled to expire on March 16, 2026. I have been trying to renew, but each time I submit my payment method, I receive an error message that it cannot be processed and that I should try again in a few minutes. I have been trying for 48 hours to get this renewed. What else can I do?

Thanks,

Gail Eyestone

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, logging out and logging in again, and using different devices, as these steps may help resolve temporary browser-related issues that could be interfering with payment processing.

Also, ensure that your payment methods are up to date and have no restrictions imposed by your bank.

If the issue persists, you will need to contact Microsoft Billing Support for further assistance, as they have the tools and resources to properly investigate this case:

    https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=S.HP.SmcContactUsLanding

Type "Billing issue" > click "Get Help" > Scroll down to Sign in to Contact Support > Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and Payment Updates > Confirm > Chat with a support agent in your web browser

Thank you for your understanding! Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
