Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.

Keep in mind that these are user-to-user forums. We're users just like you trying to help each other. No one here can call you.

If you are being told your device is not compatible with Windows 11, Microsoft will not tell you it is and how to install Windows 11. What makes you doubt the validity of the assertion that it can't be upgraded?

There are web sites that explain how to use Rufus and a Windows 11 ISO, which you can freely download from Microsoft, to install Windows 11 on non-compatible devices but it may not run as you expect.
