How do I recover my old hotmail account from more than 20 years ago

I've been trying to go back to my old account on Habbo Hotel, but I need to log into my old hotmail ago that I created more than 20 years ago, when I was 11. However, I don't have that mobile phone number anymore, and it says that my recovery email doesn't exist. I filled out the form to recover the account, but apparently, it isn't enough. I would love to have my old account back. :(

You must log into an account at least once every two years in order to keep an account active. If you do not, Microsoft permanently disables the account. How long ago has it been since you last logged in?

The account still exists, I just cannot recover it. I filled the form with everything I remember.q
