Activation keys not working

I bought a few windows 11 pro activation keys but they do not work. I am certain that these codes are legit, what am I supposed to do

Beware of Product Keys Sold Separately

With the exception of Product Key Cards (PKC’s) distributed with COA’s, Microsoft does not distribute products keys as standalone products. If you see a listing on an auction site, online classified ad, or other online page advertising product keys for sale, it’s a good indication that the keys are likely stolen or counterfeit. If you were to purchase and use a stolen or counterfeit product key to activate Windows installed on your PC, the key may not work for activation, may already be in use on another PC, or it might be blocked from use later by Microsoft when the key is reported stolen.

When Windows 11 Pro product keys do not work, the most common causes are:

1. The key is invalid or blocked (for example, error 0xC004C003)
   • Product keys are unique and assigned to a single device. If a key was used or attempted on multiple devices, it can be marked as not valid.
   • In this case, a different, unused Windows 11 Pro key is required.
2. The key does not match the installed edition (for example, error 0xC004F034 or 0xC004F00F)
   • A Windows 11 Pro key cannot activate Windows 11 Home, and an Enterprise key cannot activate Home/Pro.
   • Check the installed edition under Settings > System > Activation and ensure the key is specifically for that edition of Windows 11.
3. The key is a volume license or overused key (for example, error 0xC004C020, 0xC004C008, 0xC004C770, 0x803FA071)
   • Volume License keys are meant for organizations and have device limits. If used beyond those limits, activation fails.
   • Retail keys also cannot be used on more devices than allowed by the Microsoft Software License Terms.

Steps to take now:

1. Run the Activation troubleshooter
   • Go to Start > Settings > System > Activation.
   • Select Troubleshoot and follow the on-screen steps. Open Activation settings
2. Confirm the exact activation error code
   • On the same Activation page, note the error code shown (for example, 0xC004C003, 0xC004F034, 0x800704cF, etc.).
   • Use that code’s guidance:
     • 0xC004C003 or any of the blocked/invalid key codes (such as 0xC004C060, 0xC004C004, 0xC004F004, etc.): the key cannot be used; a different key or a new purchase is required.
     • 0xC004F034 or 0xC004F00F: ensure the key matches the installed Windows 11 edition and re-enter it via Change product key.
     • 0x800704cF: Windows did not find a valid license; locate the correct product key from purchase confirmation or packaging and enter it.
3. Re-enter the product key
   • In Settings > System > Activation, select Change product key.
   • Carefully type the 25-character key and confirm. Open Activation settings
4. If keys were purchased from a reseller and still fail
   • If a device or key was purchased from a reseller and activation errors like 0xC004C003 or the blocked-key group appear, contact the reseller to resolve or replace the key.
5. If activation servers are busy or you upgraded
   • Some error codes in the 0xC004C0xx/0x803FA0xx group can appear if activation servers are busy or after an upgrade.
   • Wait a while and try Activate again from the Activation page.

If, after these steps, the keys still show as invalid or overused according to the error code group (for example, 0xC004C003 or the blocked-key list), the only supported resolution is to obtain a different valid Windows 11 Pro product key or purchase a license through the Microsoft Store from Settings > System > Activation if that option is available.
