Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Check whether you are using personal account instead Work or School account. Use the Correct Microsoft Account Type,

Language Studio does not work with personal Microsoft accounts (e.g., Outlook/Hotmail).

You must sign in using,

• Work account (Entra ID)
• School accountIf you have access to the Entra ID with required permission to create user, create a new user with your domain (it can be custom, or xxx.onmicrosoft.com). Then grant the required access to that account in order to create new resources using the Azure subscription (Eg: Owner, Contributor).
