Locked out my Azure -Error message: interaction_required: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity.

Hi I am getting this message

When I try and log in to Azure. I understand this might be because of inactivity on the tenant whcih i don't mind but I would also like the opportunity to create a new tenant.

I have clicked every other option on the page and it's all leading to a dead end. I would rather

  1. Restore the tenant
  2. Create a new one
