Outlook online - emails from a specific sender are not being delivered

One specific sender is not being delivered. I have no blocking rule in place. The issue is the same online and mobile. This is a server issue. It makes no sense to set up a separate account just to received emails from one sender.

I need a realistic solution to this issue from Outlook help.

    Can you tell me this sender's sending domain ? For example, @business.com?
