i have already purchased microsoft 365 personal, but it seems to be "locked up", and it will no longer import my emails. can you help me please?

    Hi,

    To clarify, did you recently purchase a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription and are still not receiving emails?

    If yes, when did you purchase the subscription?

    Please also check if your storage space has been updated:

    Go to https://outlook.live.com/

    Click Settings

    Go to Accounts > Storage

    Expand both the Microsoft Storage and Cloud Storage sections.
