With this new law coming into effect next year in Califorina which requires age declaration at the os level. Would apps that dont support the api be blocked on windows including legacy applications such as older games? Does Microsoft have any plans to follow this law and make sure that apps that dont have and api are able to follow it so that develops cant be fined even if the application has not been updated for years?
