The answer is: Microsoft does not require to show any personal data. You may use almost any nickname that you want.

What other personal info you are worried about exposing here? And the type of issue you need to discuss? there's support you can use too, but depends on type of issue. If I understand a bit better, I can show you how to use Get Help app.
