Personal Info to ask help

For me to ask a question of Microsoft, Microsoft has required me to use this forum where my personal information will be shown.

Why?

Are you worried about your name being displayed? If so, click on the icon on the upper right and go to Settings, you can change your display name.

What other personal info you are worried about exposing here? And the type of issue you need to discuss? there's support you can use too, but depends on type of issue. If I understand a bit better, I can show you how to use Get Help app.
