How to add a 1 year subscription that came with Computer?

I purchased a new computer from Costco that came with a 1-year subscription to 365 office. I registered 365 in December (maybe 29th) thinking it would add to my current subscription. Same version. I checked today and it did not add. Please assist with a plan on how to add the free one-year subscription.
