This is a secondary Microsoft account I own and manage under my family safety organizer account. Someone gained unauthorized access and changed the primary email.

Hi, I need urgent help recovering a hacked Microsoft account. Someone gained unauthorized access to my account and changed the primary email address without my consent. I am the Microsoft Family Safety organizer for this account which proves my legitimate ownership of it.

Account details:

  • Original email: [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]@gmail.com
  • Xbox gamertag: [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]
  • Account created 5+ years ago
  • Used for Xbox gaming and Windows PC
  • Registered in Latvia

I have already tried the standard recovery form at account.live.com/acsr but need further assistance. I still have Family Safety organizer access over the account. Please can a Microsoft agent escalate this case and help me recover or freeze the account urgently.
