Hello, recently my Microsoft account was hacked and I've tried the account recovery process for the account and it has not worked because I don't remember enough details about the account to give it enough information to verify that the account was actually mine. I have proof in the email screenshots that the email was changed and that the password was changed. Pardon the email but the Microsoft account used to be under ******@gmail.com. Can I please get an actual real person to help me out with either recovering my account or deleting it entirely please along with all its info.Screenshot (9)

Only the official self-service recovery and hacked-account process can be used; no forum, agent, or tool outside that process can manually reset, delete, or override security on the account.

    Use these steps:

    1. Run through the hacked-account guide
    2. Try the Microsoft Account Recovery form again
      • Go to the Microsoft Account Recovery form (ACSR) and submit it for the hacked account.
      • Provide as much information as possible about:
        • Old passwords used on the account.
        • Email subject lines and contacts from Outlook/Hotmail (if used).
        • Xbox console hardware ID, Skype IDs, or purchase details if those services were linked.
      • Answer every question, and use the “add more” options where available. Guessing is allowed; wrong answers do not count against the request.
      • Submit the form from a device and location that were regularly used with the account.
      • A result will be sent to the alternate email within 24 hours. If not verified, the form can be retried with improved details up to two times per day.
    3. Understand recovery and deletion limits
      • If the recovery form and hacked-account helper cannot verify ownership, there is no alternative method for support or moderators to restore or delete the account or its data.
      • Support agents are not allowed to send password reset links or directly change account details.
    4. If recovery succeeds
      • Immediately change the password and review all security info.
      • Follow the post-recovery security guidance to secure the account and make future recovery easier.

If the attacker has fully replaced the security information and the recovery form cannot be passed even after multiple detailed attempts, the account and its data generally cannot be recovered or deleted on request.
