I can’t access the MS365 student subscription, and I can’t contact anyone at MS for support?

    To better assistance, could you please confirm following information:

    Are you signing in with a school/university email (work or school account) or a personal Microsoft account?

    Did you receive Microsoft 365 through your school (Education A1/A3/A5, etc.), or did you purchase/redeem a student offer yourself?

    Has this ever worked before? If yes, when did it last work?

    After signing in, do you see any subscription/license listed in the portal?

    \Where do you see the issue: signing in on the web, installing apps, activating Office apps, or opening Word/Excel that are already installed?
    Do you see a specific message like “account doesn’t exist,” “school account is no longer active,” “not eligible,” or an error code?

    Can you sign in successfully at the Microsoft 365 portal: Microsoft 365 portal?

    Are other students having the same problem, or only your account?

    Are you still an active student at the institution (not graduated/withdrawn)?

    If you purchased/redeemed it, where did you buy it (Microsoft Store, retail card, partner) and do you have an order number/receipt?

    In the meantime, I recommend:

    1. Open an InPrivate/Incognito browser window and try signing in at Microsoft 365 portal.
    2. If you are using a school account, please contact your school IT/admin to confirm your account is active and a student license is assigned.
