    Hi @kelly Dray

Regarding that you want to cancel the business subscription. I’d like to ask some quick questions to better understand your situation and assist you effectively:

    • Which subscription did you purchase?
    • Do you still have access to the Microsoft 365 admin center? (Business subscriptions can only be canceled from there.)

To cancel your subscription please follow the step by step below:

If you are using an MCA billing account type

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.  If you're using the Dashboard view, go to the Billing > Your products.  If you're using the Simplified view, select Subscriptions.
    2. Select the subscription that you want to cancel.
    3. On the subscription details page, in the Billing settings section, under Subscription status, select Cancel subscription.
    4. If you’re within the grace period during which you can cancel your subscription, select a reason for why you’re canceling, provide optional feedback, then select Cancel subscription.
    5. If you’re outside the grace period, you can only turn off recurring billing. In the Canceling your subscription pane, review the information about how canceling works for your subscription, then select edit the recurring billing settings.
    6. In the Edit recurring billing pane, select Off, then select Save.
    7. Repeat steps 1 through 6 to cancel all active subscriptions.

If you are using an MOSA billing account type

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center
If you're using the Dashboard view, go to the Billing > Your products page.
If you're using the Simplified view, select Subscriptions.  User's image
    2. Select the subscription that you want to cancel.
    3. On the subscription details page, in the Subscription and payment settings section, select Cancel subscription.
    4. In the Options for canceling your subscription pane, select Cancel now or Cancel before the next renewal date, then select Next.
    5. Select a reason for why you’re canceling, provide optional feedback, then select Cancel now.
    6. Repeat steps 1 through 4 to cancel all active subscriptions

As a forum moderator, I don’t have access to your account and cannot cancel the subscription for you. You will need to cancel it through the Microsoft 365 admin center.
If you cannot access your tenant, you will need to contact Microsoft support for direct assistance.

Thank you again for your time and understanding. While my initial response may not resolve the issue immediately, I’d like to gather more details about your situation so I can assist you more effectively.

I really appreciate your patience, and I’m here to help. Looking forward to your response.

To stop being charged and cancel the unwanted Microsoft 365 business subscription, use the Microsoft 365 admin and billing pages associated with the account that was used to purchase it.

For a Microsoft 365 for business subscription, cancel it in the Microsoft 365 admin center:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center with the admin account that owns the subscription.
    2. Go to the subscription details page for the business plan that was created.
    3. In the Subscription and payment settings section, select Cancel subscription.
    4. In Options for canceling your subscription, choose either Cancel now or Cancel before the next renewal date, then select Next.
    5. Select a reason for canceling, optionally add feedback, then select Cancel now.
    6. Repeat for any other active subscriptions that were created by mistake.

After cancellation, the subscription status changes to Disabled and access is reduced until the subscription and its data are deleted. Before canceling, save any data that might be needed later (for example, files in OneDrive for Business or SharePoint Online, or mail and calendar data exported from Outlook).

If the subscription was purchased under a personal Microsoft account instead of a business tenant, go to the Services & subscriptions page at https://account.microsoft.com/services, locate the Microsoft 365 subscription, and use Manage to turn off recurring billing or cancel, as applicable.

If charges continue after cancellation, verify that cancellation was done more than two days before the billing date and that the correct Microsoft account was used. The subscription end date and charges can be reviewed on the Subscriptions or Manage your payments pages referenced in the billing guidance.
