AI-102 Exam ran into technical issue during exam and it didn't relaunch

Initially after completing the case study questions chat prompted saying we will relaunch the exam and once closed, and it worked for first time after 5 minutes it prompted the same and didn't relaunch and waited in queue for more than 2 hours.
