If you are home user, use this path:

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

1. Use online support (recommended for billing issues and to get a call back):
   • Go to the Microsoft support page and select Get help for account & billing questions. For home users, use the Get help button described here: Get Help. Describe the billing issue and choose chat or request a call.
2. If phone support is preferred, use the regional customer service numbers listed in the Customer service phone numbers article. For example, for business users in the United States:
   • Country/Region: United States
   • Country code: +1
   • Phone numbers (Business Users): 855 270 0615, 800 865 9408, 800 642 7676 (toll free), 305 418 9136 (toll)

If located in a different country/region, open the Customer service phone numbers page and select the appropriate region to find the correct number.
