I have upgraded from personal to Family 365 but having upgrade issues

Got the product key but this is not upgrading. Please can get some support to install this

    Hello Robert Ong'era,

    I understand that you are having issue when you upgrade from Personal to Family. I truly understand how you feel. Let me assist you go through this situation.

    I suggest you try these steps:

    Step 1 – Redeem the Family product key

    • Go to https://www.microsoft365.com/setup
    • Sign in with the same Microsoft account that had Microsoft 365 Personal
    • Enter the Family product key
    • When prompted, choose Switch to Microsoft 365 Family

    This converts your existing Personal plan into Family and carries over remaining time.

    Step 2 – Verify the upgrade completed

    If it still shows Personal, the key was redeemed to the wrong account.

    Step 3 – Activate on your device (no reinstall)

    • Open Word
    • Go to File > Account
    • Select Sign out
    • Close all Office apps
    • Reopen Word
    • Sign in with the same Microsoft account
    • Check that it now says Microsoft 365 Family
