why can't we move the task bar in windows 11?

the DETAILS are simple: in Windows 10, the taskbar could be moved from the bottom of the screen and many have found that helpful. Windows 11 will not allow that.

WHY?

    Yes, this is a design limitation in Windows 11. Some rumours say that it would be back later this year:

    While waiting for new update from Microsoft, you may try workaround by using third-party application.

    I will give you 3 of them: StartAllBack, ExplorerPatcher and Vertical Taskbar for Windows 11.
