It also doesn't show in Control Panel nor Revo Uninstaller and I can't find any event log related to it.

I didn't installed anything besides the latest Windows 10 update.

The entry shown is a broken or incomplete program registration. When an app appears like this and is not listed in Control Panel or third‑party uninstallers, use these steps to identify and remove it safely:

    1. Try uninstalling from all standard locations
      • Start menu: Select Start > look through All apps for anything installed on the same date as the unknown entry, right‑click it and choose Uninstall.
      • Settings: Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features (Windows 10). Look for apps with the same install date and uninstall them from there.
      • Control Panel: Open Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features and check for recently installed programs. If found, right‑click and choose Uninstall.
    2. Use the program’s own uninstaller (if present) If the app is not clearly listed but you suspect a specific folder:
      1. Open File Explorer and go to:
        • C:\Program Files and
        • C:\Program Files (x86)
      2. Look for a folder with a name that matches any recent software you installed or that might correspond to this entry.
      3. Open that folder and look for an uninstall file such as Uninst.exe, Uninstall.exe, or similar.
      4. Run that file and follow the prompts to remove the program.
Do not delete the folder manually if there is no uninstall file, as this can cause system or application issues.
    3. If it is deceptive or unwanted software If the unknown entry is related to deceptive or unwanted software:
      • First, try removing it via Control Panel > Programs and Features as above.
      • If it is not listed or will not uninstall, run a full scan with Windows Security or another trusted antivirus to detect and remove deceptive software.
      • Optionally, use Microsoft’s security tools referenced in the deceptive‑software article to help clean the system.
    4. If uninstall still fails
      • Use the built‑in uninstallers as described above.
      • If the program still cannot be removed and behaves suspiciously, treat it as potentially deceptive software and rely on antivirus or Microsoft’s automated removal tools to clean it.

These steps cover the supported ways to identify and remove unknown or partially registered apps in Windows 10 without manually deleting program folders.
