Hello,

I am trying to recover a certification from 3 years ago. I can see the badge on Credly, but it does not appear on my Microsoft Learn profile.

__Credly Badge ID:__dbfcef62-e588-4a3e-be65-87e6c1192fcf Credential URL: https://www.credly.com/earner/earned/badge/dbfcef62-e588-4a3e-be65-87e6c1192fcf

I do not have my MCID (Microsoft Certification ID) because I cannot access my old certification profile. I suspect there is a duplicate profile created with a different email or an old account.

Could you please help me find my MCID using the Badge ID and merge it with my current account? Please contact me via Private Message so I can share my personal details (name and potential email addresses).

Thank you.

This is a public forum, not support.

    Have a look at:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/missing-certifications

    Testing at Certiport

Exams and Certifications earned through Certiport are not currently reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile. Until further notice, you will need to manage and share any Certiport credentials separately through your Certiport user account. For help with Certiport account issues, contact Certiport Customer Service.
