Question

In my previous organization i did a certification of azure data fundamentals,Now i left the company .How i will get my credentials /certificate from that account to my personal account.But now i am unable to access my previous organization mail id.

Certification data is tied to the Microsoft Learn profile and login accounts used when the exam was taken. If the Azure Data Fundamentals certification was earned using a work/school account from the previous organization and that account is no longer accessible, the following options apply based on the documented behavior:

1. Confirm whether the certification is visible under any current Learn profile:
   • Go to the Learn profile and sign in with any personal Microsoft account or other work/school accounts currently available.
   • Select Credentials → Certifications and check if the Azure Data Fundamentals certification appears.
   • If it appears under a different profile than expected, that profile becomes the one to use for accessing the certification and transcript.
2. If the certification is on a different active Learn profile that can still be accessed:
   • Use the profile merge feature to consolidate into a single Learn profile:
     1. Sign in to the Learn profile that will be kept as the main profile.
     2. In login account management, choose Add login account.
     3. Add the login account associated with the other Learn profile. If that account is associated with another Learn profile, this triggers a merge and brings all learning progress and certifications into the signed‑in profile.
   • After merge, all certifications and learning progress are combined in one profile and cannot be unmerged.
3. If the only account that has the certification is the old organization account and that account itself cannot be accessed or recovered:
   • Work/school account recovery (username/password) must be handled by the former organization’s admin. Without access to that account, direct self‑service transfer of certifications to a personal account is not supported.
   • Microsoft Credentials Support cannot recover or move data from a profile that cannot be accessed if the underlying login account cannot be recovered.
4. To verify and share what is already visible under an accessible profile:
   • From the Certification Dashboard, certificates, badges, and transcript can be accessed and shared as proof of the Azure certification if it appears there.

If the certification is missing from all accessible profiles, or if there is uncertainty about which profile holds it, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for missing certifications and account/profile issues using the official support channel.
