Hi there, so I'm tryin' to update from v 29531.1000.rs_prerelease.262026-1841 to v 29550.1000 (rs_prerelease), every time it tries to update that at the very last restart, a screen appears sayin' "Undoing changes made to your computer..." I've tried a few times to update, but this is always the outcome. Any idea on how to fix this?

THX in advance for the help. ^^

    Zoey,

They're seems to be an issue with the

Repair option, because it should be

trying to reinstall 29531 not 29550.

    Two choices:

Pause updates til the next build or

Backup important files, docs, etc. and

    do a clean install.

If you have any 3rd party Antivirus uninstall it

    and try the update again.

Right click Start, Device Manager and

make sure there aren't any yellow triangles

showing. Or go to the manufacturer's web

site for driver support and updates.

    That's a very generic error.

Make sure all your drivers are up to date

including BIOS and try the update again.

If it fails again, delete the Windows/SoftwareDistribution/Download

folder and try the update again.

    Hi Zoey,

What is the failing error shown in Update History?
