the purchased key code is showing active on my personal account. Not the business

I'm super frustrated. I purchased this key code back in November and have yet to be able to use it. Spent several hours with Apple to figure out why I am unable to register it and use it. It is showing my old email as having access. I need this working today.

Can someone call me asap please?

    Is this keycode for a Microsoft 365 personal or family subscription? If you can provide the precise full name of the product this keycode is for, it will be super helpful.

    Assuming it is indeed Microsoft 365 personal or family, you cannot redeem it to a business account. These are consumer subscriptions, which cannot be linked to commercial account. If you want your subscription to be with a business account, you need Microsoft 365 business standar/premium, etc.
