When you signed in here, did you check your Services & Subscriptions page https://account.microsoft.com/services?
To help clarify:
- Are you sure you are signed in with the same Microsoft account that the subscription is tied to? Many people have more than one account.
- Does the charge on your bank statement say MICROSOFT*STORE or something slightly different?
- Did you receive any email receipt from Microsoft for the $138.44 charge? If yes, what email address was it sent to, same as what you're using?
- When you check Order history, do you see the charge there https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders?
