I was charged for my Microsoft 365, on Feb 19th, showed up on my bank statement as MICROSOFT*STORE MSBILL.INFO WAUS, for $138.44, I am now receiving an email saying that my subscription is due on April 10th, when I logged in and checked my subscription it doesn't show the transaction on my account. Did I possibly get scammed somehow?

    Hi, I'm John!

When you signed in here, did you check your Services & Subscriptions page https://account.microsoft.com/services?

    To help clarify:

    1. Are you sure you are signed in with the same Microsoft account that the subscription is tied to? Many people have more than one account.
    2. Does the charge on your bank statement say MICROSOFT*STORE or something slightly different?
    3. Did you receive any email receipt from Microsoft for the $138.44 charge? If yes, what email address was it sent to, same as what you're using?
    4. When you check Order history, do you see the charge there https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
