bluetooth driver

Question

tengo un error con mi driver bluetooth usb adapter,no responde codigo 43,como se arregla,soy windows 7,y antes de que digan,atualizate a windows 10 o 11,no puedo

First of all most:
Check for Hardware Failure: the USB adapter might be physically dead, especially if it works on a different computer.
or try another usb port.

• Download the bluetooth driver for your usb and for win.7
• remove the old one from (Device Manager).
• install the it again.
• Open Device Manger >
  

Update > Browse my pc > choose another driver and check it

• also check out (Universal Serial Bus controllers) drivers
• Also, Open Properties of Bluetooth > Power Management > Uncheck the below option
