Need help switching to Classic Outlook

Windows 11, Office 2024

Managed to get Office working, the Outlook.  It shows all the emails.  Cannot find anything about setting rules, but I know it in Classic Outlook.  Just don't like the new format.

In the tool bar is the option: Go to classic Outlook.

It shows a dialog about closing then a dialog titled: Feedback to Microsoft. Select some options, fill in: Tell us more,  select yes to contact me and collect logs.  Click Submit.

Wind up in a blank web page with a hugely long URL.

Making this short, I have been through this three times and cannot get to Classic Outlook.

What steps will get me to Classic Outlook?
