Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Microsoft has implemented several AI filters; however, some emails slip through the cracks.

Please note that attackers can spoof (fake) any address in the “From” field. This does not mean that your email account has been hacked.

In these situations, you typically cannot report the sender directly or add them to the blocked senders list, because the address is forged and may change frequently. Instead, you can create an email rule using the message subject and other recurring keywords. This rule will automatically move similar messages to the Junk Email folder.

To create a rule, sign in with your Microsoft account here https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/mail/rules and click Add a new rule.

Alternatively, we recommend that you review your recent account activity for any unusual signs of access. If you notice anything suspicious, please secure your account by setting a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication for added protection.
