Log in Error "Too many requests"

I am experiencing an issue with my account and cannot log in due to a "Too many attempts" error. This has been ongoing for three days, and I hope for understanding as I seek a resolution.

I have changed my password three times, used different devices, cleared my cache, removed the passkey, and waited for several hours to a full day. I feel like I've tried all the solutions available online. The sign-in helper has been unhelpful, and my attempts to contact support have led me into a cycle of ineffective AI responses.

I logged into my brother's account to post this question because I needed assistance. If anyone can provide guidance on a proper solution or help me connect with a Microsoft agent (a living, breathing person), I would greatly appreciate it, as I value real support over automated responses.

Also, it would be helpful if Microsoft could simplify the process of accessing its agents instead of relying on ineffective AI responses, so I can get direct help when needed.

And please don't tell me I used the wrong tag to post my question. Channel it to whoever is responsible for addressing my query. I am tired of protocols at this point. I need solutions, not protocols.
