I no longer have access to my previous company email account, so I would appreciate your assistance in updating my certification profile with my new email address.

Learn profiles are self-managed. You can add another email address to your Learn profile but you must have access to the email account linked to the Learn profile. Microsoft cannot do this for you.

You need to request your previous employer to reactivate your Entra Id account.

Changing the email address associated with a Microsoft certification profile cannot be done through forums and requires direct support.

To get this updated (including scenarios where the old company email is no longer accessible), contact the Credentials Support team and submit a support request with the certification details (name, certification ID/number, old and new email addresses, etc.). They handle profile, account, and identity issues for Microsoft certifications.
