Hello Team,

I successfully cleared the AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals exam on March 14, 2026 with a score of 876.

However, it has been over 24 hours and I have not yet received the official "Congratulations" email. More importantly, the certificate is not appearing in my Microsoft Learn profile under the "Credentials" or "Certifications" tab.

I have my physical score report from the testing center as proof. Could you please help me sync my exam results with my Microsoft Learn profile?

Please let me know if you need my MCID or other details via private message.

Thank you,

Ritinjay Kumar

Exam results can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Certifications tab of the Microsoft Learn profile. If the AI-900 result and certificate are still missing after that time, follow these steps:

    1. Confirm the correct Learn account is being used
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn using the same personal Microsoft account that was used to register and take the AI-900 exam.
      • If multiple accounts exist (personal, work, or school), sign out and try each one to see where the exam result appears.
      • Check the Certifications tab under Profile → Credentials → Certifications and verify whether AI-900 is listed.
    2. Verify that the credential should appear in Learn
      • AI-900 is a standard Microsoft certification exam, so once passed, it should appear in the Learn profile’s Certifications tab and can be viewed, downloaded, and shared from there.
    3. If the exam or certification is still missing
      • Use the official Microsoft Credentials Support channel so the support team can check the certification profile, MCID, and exam history and sync the result if needed.
      • Go to Microsoft Credentials Support and submit a ticket describing that AI-900 was passed, more than 24 hours have elapsed, and the certification and email have not appeared. Have the score report and exam details ready in case support requests them.

Support can also help if the exam was accidentally associated with a different Learn profile or login account.
