My exam (az-900) did not start even after completion of test space, ID card, System check up successfully. Greeter joined the meeting and told me to rejoin the test by restarting the system. Once I restarted, I was not able to start the exam again.

The exam session is controlled by Pearson VUE’s OnVUE system; once the secure browser session is ended or interrupted (for example, by restarting the computer), the original launch window usually closes and the exam cannot be relaunched directly by the candidate.
For this situation, use the official support channels so the exam delivery and eligibility can be reviewed and, if appropriate, a new appointment can be arranged:
If the exam still does not appear or cannot be relaunched after following these steps, open a case with Microsoft Credentials support so they can investigate the specific AZ‑900 appointment and advise on rescheduling.
