I have a subscription to 365, but I can not edit or create documents. What is the solution for this?

Do the Office apps report that they are not activated?

    Hello !

When you try to create a document, do you see an error message on your screen ? Generally, you cannot edit or create documents if your copy of Office is not activated.

Check to see if this is the case for you by going to Office > File > Account. If you can see that Office is not activated, follow this tutorial to activate Office : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/activate-office-for-windows-5bd38f38-db92-448b-a982-ad170b1e187e

Please let me know if you have any other question !
