Is it possible to change the priority or sequence of certificate authority providers (enrollment servers) in certificate templates?

Question

We have an existing workstation authentication template published from two Sub-CA's for auto-enrollment. We built a new sub-CA and published the same template. Now the template shows three available CA (enrollment server) with the new one added in the last of the list.

By default any new certificate request/renewal using this template attempts to connect available enrollment servers in the sequence as per list and enroll the certificate from the first available CA.

We want new Sub-CA to be used first in the list. Anyone know how to change sequence/priority?
