What are these payments/transactions.

Question

I've had deductions each month for the pay 3 months. All costing 199 Rand everytime and I'm not aware of what deduction it is. I would like to get a refund on these payments and I would like to know what they are deducting. Money has been pulled out of my savings account to make these unauthorized transactions!

They reflect on my bank account as Microsoft iso but not in my transaction history on the Microsoft website.
