If more than five business days have passed since the PL-900 Virtual Training Day session:

1. Start the PL-900 exam registration from the exam or certification page using "Schedule exam".
2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account/Learn profile that uses the email address registered for the Virtual Training Day.
3. Proceed through the registration and go to checkout; if eligible, the discount should appear automatically during payment.
4. If the discount still does not appear after this time, contact the appropriate certification support channel (for example, via Credentials support) so the support team can review the account and event registration details.
