Exam results and certifications can take up to 24 hours after passing to appear on the Certifications tab of the Microsoft Learn profile. If the DP-300 exam was passed more than 24 hours ago and the certification still does not appear, the most common causes are:
- The certification is associated with a different Microsoft account than the one currently used to sign in to Learn.
- There is an issue linking the exam record to the Learn profile that must be fixed by support.
Take these steps:
- Confirm the correct account is being used:
- Check the email address that received the exam “congratulations” message.
- Sign out of Microsoft Learn and sign back in with any other Microsoft, work, or school accounts that might have been used when registering for the exam.
- Verify the Certifications tab again for each account.
- If the certification is still missing:
- Use Microsoft Credentials Support to open a support ticket so the support team can locate the exam record and attach it to the correct Learn profile. Follow the guidance in the “Contact Support” section for missing credentials.
Once the certification appears in the Learn profile, the certificate can be viewed/printed from the Certifications area of the profile as described in the “Access your certificates, badges, and transcript” article.
