    Hi William,

To enable +Add button (to add more MailFroms) for your custom domain you need to first increase your default email sending limit.

There is a way to add additional MailFrom via Azure CLI (example) / PowerShell (example) without first increasing your send limit, however, I recommend you go ahead and increase your send limit regardless.

    Hi @William Forsäng Simberg
In Azure Communication Services Email, the MAIL FROM address or sender username cannot be modified after the domain configuration and verification are completed, which is why the Add option appears greyed out in the portal. To use a different sender address such as ******@noreply.companyname.se, you need to create a new sender username under the verified domain or reconfigure the MAIL FROM setup by removing and adding the domain configuration again, followed by completing the required DNS validation. In some cases, the ability to add additional sender addresses can also depend on email service limits or domain provisioning status, so ensuring the domain is fully verified and eligible for multiple sender usernames is important. After the new sender is successfully provisioned and verified, update your application or email configuration to use the new address.
