Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum!

I understand that you are having issue with Microsoft 365 Premium Student + LinkedIn Premium Career promotion. I truly understand how you feel. Let me assist you go through this situation.

    I suggest you try this:

Use a desktop browser (not mobile) and check the Microsoft account email you used on Jan 24:

Search terms: LinkedIn, Premium, Microsoft, Career

    Check folders:

    • Inbox
    • Spam / Junk
    • Promotions
    • Other / Focused inbox
    1. Verify your purchase status

Sign in to your Microsoft account > Services & subscriptions Confirm:

    • Microsoft 365 Premium (Student) shows Active
    • Purchase date: After 15th of January, 2026
    • Price: ₹0 / $0 (student offer)
    1. Contact Microsoft Support (required in your case)

Because over 30 days have passed, this now qualifies as a manual provisioning failure.

    1. Open the link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact
    2. Sign in with the Microsoft account you used to buy Microsoft 365
    3. In the box, type: "LinkedIn Premium not received"

    7. Choose Chat or Request a call back

    Kindly provide:

    • Order ID
    • Purchase date
    • Student verification completed same day
    • LinkedIn Premium activation email never received

    Microsoft Support agent can:

    • Confirm whether the LinkedIn benefit was generated
    • Re‑send the activation link OR
    • Escalate if the benefit failed to provision

Please note that the chat support team only works during certain working hours. Therefore, if the last window indicates that you are unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.

I hope this will help with your situation. Please feel free to reach back if you have further update or more questions.

If the LinkedIn Premium offer was part of a Microsoft 365 promotion and the activation email has not arrived after more than a month, the most likely issues are:

    1. The offer email was delivered but is only visible in certain mail clients or devices (for example, visible on desktop but not on a mobile mail app).
    2. There is an account- or promotion-specific problem that requires Microsoft support to review.

    Actions to take:

    1. Sign in to the email account used for the Microsoft 365 subscription from a desktop browser (not a mobile app) and check:
      • Inbox
      • Spam/Junk
      • Promotions/Other/Focused vs Other tabs for any email about a LinkedIn Premium or partner offer associated with Microsoft 365.
    2. If nothing is found, contact Microsoft support so they can check the promotion status on the subscription and resend or correct the offer if applicable. Use one of the following:
    3. When contacting support, provide:
      • The Microsoft account used for the Microsoft 365 subscription (do not share passwords).
      • The date the Microsoft 365 subscription was activated.
      • Confirmation that the university or eligibility email was verified (if this was a student/university-based offer).
      • Confirmation that LinkedIn Premium has never been used on the LinkedIn account before (if that was an eligibility condition).

Support can then verify eligibility for the LinkedIn Premium promotion and help with next steps.
