Hi,

I got a new work laptop and I notice when I open an email or go to schedule a new event, the buttons are missing, but after several seconds, they will appear. What would cause this and how do you fix it?

My version of Windows and M365 are: Windows 11 Enterprise (25H2), OS Build 26200.8037 and M365 Version 2602.

    Dear @Brendon Hannah,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, the buttons in Outlook are missing then appear in the several seconds.

According to your screenshot, it seems like you are using the Outlook web version.

Have you tried switching to a different network connection to check whether the issue still persists?

Additionally, please try clearing your browser cache, then sign out and sign back in to your account to test again.

You can also try switching to the Outlook desktop app to check whether the issue occurs there as well.

Looking forward to your update. I hope information above could resolve the issue. If it doesn't, please leave the comment below, I will try to find other effective solution to support you
