    Hello Wisdom Mart,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Below is the investigation provided with the help of our support team.

Confirmed customer Wisdom Mart Team reached out as their Azure subscription was inactive due to two pending past-due invoices (Invoice IDs: E0400YEP5W and E0400YNMGW) totaling INR 5,757.86.

Confirmed that the "Settle Balance" option was not visible on the Azure portal, preventing the customer from completing the payment to reactivate their subscription.

Explained to customer that invoices which remain unpaid for an extended period get automatically locked by the system, which prevents online payment from being processed.

Unlocked the invoices from the backend; however, the "Settle Balance" option remained unavailable on the Azure portal even after unlocking.

Re-enabled Azure subscription (Subscription ID: <PII removed>) — subscription is now active.

Provided bank transfer details as a one-time exception to settle the outstanding invoices

Advised customer to pay in INR only and reference invoice numbers on the payment remittance.

Requested customer to share proof of payment upon completion so the finance team can apply the payment to the account promptly.

Discussed the above steps and resolution with customer over call and Teams session.

Kindly check and if our assistance helped, kindly 210246-screenshot-2021-12-10-121802.png and Upvote it as this may help other community members to refer the info if facing a similar issue.
