    Good morning Soyeon,

If your Microsoft account shows the device but you're unable to authenticate Windows, the issue is likely tied to activation, not account recognition. The screenshot confirms the device is running Windows 10 Enterprise, which typically requires activation via a Volume License Key or KMS server. If your organization has recently changed authentication methods or disabled the Authenticator app, that doesn’t affect Windows activation directly, but it may block access to services like Azure AD or Microsoft 365 if conditional access policies are misconfigured.

You need to ask your IT team to verify that the device is properly joined to Azure AD or your local domain, and that it’s receiving activation from the correct source. They should check Settings > Update & Security > Activation and confirm whether it says “Windows is activated with a digital license” or shows an error like 0xC004F074 (KMS unreachable). If it’s not activated, they’ll need to reapply the correct activation method, either via KMS, Active Directory-based activation, or a valid MAK key. Without admin rights, you won’t be able to fix this yourself.

I hope you can accept the answer, or give it a vote if this answer is helpful to you, thank you!
    Harry.
