Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended

I received an email about the current Microsoft Reward sweepstakes. I clicked on the "Complete entry form" button and got a message saying that my rewards account had been suspended supposedly because I had violated one or more of the Microsoft Service Agreement. No explanation about which term or condition I had violated. The only thing I can think of is that I may have originally registered using my Google email address (<Mod remove PII> @gmail.com) but I've been gradually migrating from my Google account to my Outlook email address (<Mod remove PII> @outlook.com). My plan is to eventually move everything over to my Outlook email address and close my Google account but, as a retired IT manager, my Gmail account is embedded in literally hundreds of accounts. I tried using the rewards support link but got the following message - Your Microsoft Rewards account isn't following the rules you agreed to when you joined the program. Review these policies in the Microsoft Services Agreement governing the program which you accepted when joining. The form was blocked out and would not let me ask a question so that I could find out what the problem is. Please advise that the problem is so that I can get my account corrected. Thanks.

    Hi there!

    Sorry to hear about what happened on your account and I understand how you are feeling. To get details on what happened with your Microsoft rewards, it would be best to submit a ticket to the Microsoft rewards team itself so you can also appeal to what happened.

    You can submit a ticket to them via the link: rewards.bing.com/support

    If the link isn't working for you, try using a different device or browser. Make sure you are also not using a VPN when accessing rewards page as that could result your account in being banned.
