I purchased microsoft home office 2024 not knowing that it required macOS 14 when I can only get macOS ventura. How can I exchange the new version that doesn't work on my computer with the older version?

Version 16.78 works with Ventura as far as I know. Could you please try this package and let me know if it activates?
