How to request conditions of Owner / User Access Administrator to be removed

Our subscription currently only have one User Access Admin role without conditions which is assigned to a user who is on leave. To continue our work, we need to remove the conditions on the Owner or User Access Administrator role for our Security Group: Trusted DSR Dev Team. (oid: e16f2265-91f9-4bdd-8cd4-0353eaea22fc)

Hello Joy Xu,

Since there is no Owner or User Access Administrator assigned on the subscription, roles cannot be assigned directly.

Please reach out to your Microsoft Entra ID Global Administrator and request them to temporarily elevate access using Access management for Azure resources. This will grant them User Access Administrator permissions, after which they can assign the required subscription role to the appropriate user.

Once the role assignment is completed, the elevated access should be removed.

Note for Microsoft internal employees: You generally do not need to contact another Global Administrator. Instead, you can request the access elevation through the ISRT form.
