My Certification is still not updated on the Portal

Hi team,

As I completed the PL-500 exam on Saturday(14/03/2026). But after pass, still i did not received any emails as well as it is not updated on the Microsoft learn portal as completed. Can you kindly check and confirm, why this issue happens.
