Need to download GH 300 certificate

Question

HI Team,

16th March Morning 7 am around I gave the GH 300 exam, and also received email of passing the exam at <Mod remove PII>aaa @gmail.com. But my registered email id is <Mod remove PII>@gmail.com. I have not able to see my certificate , exam score reports or anything in the microsoft learn page.

Could you please help me to download the certificate.

GH-300 exam results and certificates are now managed directly in Microsoft Learn, not via the old Certification Dashboard or Credly.

Use these steps to access and download/print the certificate and view the score report:

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account that was used to register and take the GH-300 exam:
   • Go to the Learn profile credentials page: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials?tab=credentials-tab
2. Confirm the correct login account:
   • If multiple Microsoft accounts exist (for example, personal and work), sign out and try signing in with each one that might have been used when scheduling the exam.
   • The congratulations email is sent to the Contact Email in the Learn profile, which may differ from the sign-in account. If the certification is not visible, it may be associated with a different profile.
3. Locate the GH-300 certification and exam:
   • In the profile menu, select Credentials, then Certifications.
   • Look for the GitHub Copilot (GH-300) certification. If it is not visible but the exam was passed, review the guidance for missing certifications and confirm that the correct profile is in use.
4. View/print the certificate:
   • Open the certification details and use the Print option in the browser to print and "Save as PDF". Direct certificate file download is no longer provided; viewing, printing, and saving as PDF is the supported method.
5. View the score report (if needed):
   • In Credentials → Certifications, scroll to Past exams.
   • Select View details on provider site to open the Pearson VUE dashboard.
   • In Pearson VUE, locate the GH-300 exam and choose View to see the score report.

If the GH-300 exam or certification still does not appear after confirming the correct account, submit a request to Microsoft Credentials Support so they can investigate missing credentials or profile-linking issues.
